The Electoral Area Directors (EAD) Committee meeting is generally held on the 2nd Monday of each month (excluding statutory holidays) at 10:30 AM, to discuss planning issues, grants in aid, and other topics. All members of the public are welcome to attend.

Meetings are held in the SLRD Boardroom, 1350 Aster Street, Pemberton, BC.
