Public Hearing to Review Bylaws 1050 and 1051
Britannia Community Centre

A public hearing is being held at 7:00 pm, on Wednesday, September 23, 2009, at the Britannia Community Centre (above the CRS Trading Post), Britannia Beach, BC.  Bylaw 1050 and 1051 propose to change the land use to allow for an Institutional Retreat Centre.  For more information, please contact SLRD planning staff.

SLRD Receives Electoral Area C Amenity Density Funds

The Squamish Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) is pleased to announce it received funds in the amount of $2.84 million, of which $2.49 million is part of the Amenity Density provisions for the Wedge Woods development, and $350,000 is part of the park dedication package.

As of May 1st the Pemberton Waste & Recycling Centre will have new hours of operation. A notice has been sent out to residents with tipping fee and recycling information.
