EAD Committee meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month starting at 10:30 a.m., except for:
- April - Monday, April 11, 2022;
- August - no meeting;
- September - Wednesday, September 7, 2022;
- December - Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
The meeting agenda is posted at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The meeting will be conducted by means of electronic or other communications facilities at the Meeting Location.

Special Meeting of Electoral Area Directors - 12 Jan 2022
A special meeting of the Electoral Area Directors (EAD) Committee will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 9:00 AM at the SLRD Administration Building, 1350 Aster Street, Pemberton, BC (the “Meeting Location”).
Electoral Area Directors - 10 Nov 2021
The Electoral Area Directors ("EAD") Committee meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month (exceptions noted below) starting at 9:00 AM (if virtually convened) and 10:30 AM (if convened in person), to discuss planning issues, building inspections, grants-in-aid, and other topics. All members of the public are welcome to attend. Please note the exceptions as follows:
- in April and December, the meetings to be held on the 1st Wednesday;
- in May, the meeting to be held on the 2nd Tuesday; and
- in August - no meeting to be held.
