Electoral Area D Zoning Bylaw No. 1350-2016.  A bylaw to regulate all of Electoral Area D.  Zoning Bylaw No. 1350-2016 replaces the previous three zoning bylaws that existed for different portions of Area D including Zoning Bylaw Nos. 20, 540, and 672.  The Pinecrest Estates Land Use Contract Bylaw No. 102 is still in effect on 17 out of 75 strata lots, and overrides the zoning bylaw.
