The Electoral Area Directors ("EAD") Committee meetings are generally held on the second Wednesday of each month (exceptions noted below) starting at 9:00 AM (if virtually convened) and 10:30 AM (if convened in person), to discuss planning issues, building inspections, grants-in-aid, and other topics. All members of the public are welcome to attend. Please note the exceptions as follows:
- in April and December, the meetings to be held on the 1st Wednesday;
- in May, the meeting to be held on the 2nd Tuesday; and
- in August - no meeting to be held.
Please note that this meeting is taking place in-person in the SLRD Boardroom with a Communicable Disease Prevention Plan (Policy No. 28-2021). Due to physical distancing requirements and available space, public attendance may be limited. Masks are required and please respect restricted areas to ‘staff only’. This meeting will not be recorded or available on-demand.
