The Electoral Area Directors (EAD) Committee meetings are generally held on the 2nd Wednesday of every month (excluding statutory holidays) at 10:30 a.m., to discuss planning issues, building inspection, grants-in-aid, and other topics. All members of the public are welcome to attend. Please note the exceptions as follows:

• in February, April, September and December, EAD meetings will be held on the first Wednesday of such months starting at 10:30 AM;
• in March, the meeting will be held on the first Monday of March starting at 10:30 AM;
• in May, the meeting will be held on the second Tuesday of May starting at 10:30 AM; and
• in August, no EAD meeting will be held.
