Public Hearing: Zoning Amendment Application 9120 Riverside Drive

This Public Hearing is regarding a proposed amendment bylaw in Electoral Area C at 9120 Riverside Drive. Squamish-Lillooet Regional District Electoral Area C Zoning Bylaw No. 765, 2002, Amendment Bylaw No. 1637-2019 applies to the 9120 Riverside Drive property as shown on the location plan below. 

The property is currently zoned Comprehensive Development One (CD1). The proposed zoning amendment is to allow for pension use with 10 guest rooms accommodating up to 20 guests as a permitted use on the property. 

All persons who believe that their interest in the property is affected by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaw at the public hearing. Persons unable to attend the hearing are invited to forward written submissions to the SLRD office in advance of the public hearing date.
