A Regular Meeting of the Electoral Area Directors (EAD) Committee will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at 10:30 AM at the SLRD Administration Building, 1350 Aster Street, Pemberton, BC (the “Meeting Location”).

The meeting agenda will be posted on the SLRD website (https://www.slrd.bc.ca/insideslrd/meetings-agendas) at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

The meeting will be conducted by means of electronic or other communications facilities at the Meeting Location. Except for any part of the meeting that is closed to the public, the electronic or other communications facilities will enable the public:

• to hear, or watch and hear, the meeting; and
• to hear, or watch and hear, the meeting at the Meeting Location.

Livestreaming of the meeting (and an on-demand recording of the meeting) will be available on the SLRD website (https://www.slrd.bc.ca/inside-slrd/meetings-agendas/watch-meetings).

The SLRD’s Communicable Disease Prevention Plan Policy is in effect at the SLRD Administration Office, including in the Boardroom where Board meetings are held. Masks are no longer required and are now a matter of personal choice by those attending in-person. Public viewing of this Board meeting is also available by electronic means.
