The SLRD Administration Office, located at 1350 Aster Street in Pemberton, BC, remains open to the general public, with pandemic protocols in place.
Due to the rising COVID-19 cases in B.C due to the Omicron variant, and in order to ensure the safety of SLRD staff and the public, those needing to contact the SLRD are strongly encouraged to contact staff by telephone or email, and to watch Board and Committee meetings electronically via livestreaming or via on-demand recordings available on the SLRD website.
All SLRD Board and Committee meetings are currently conducted electronically, with the ability to watch, in person, on screen at the SLRD Administration Office. Except for any part of the meeting that is closed to the public, the electronic facilities enable the public to hear, or watch and hear, the meeting virtually, and to hear, or watch and hear the meeting at the meeting location.
Livestreaming and links to on-demand recordings of Board and Committee meetings are available on the SLRD website (https://www.slrd.bc.ca/inside-slrd/meetings-agendas/watch-meetings).
For anyone visiting the SLRD Administration Office in person, the SLRD’s Communicable Disease Prevention Plan Policy is in effect. Due to physical distancing requirements and available space, public attendance may be limited. Everyone attending the SLRD Administration Office is required to wear a mask.
The SLRD Administration Office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed weekends and statutory holidays).
