Environment Canada issues snowfall warning for the Fraser Canyon

Snowfall, with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm is expected. A moist Pacific frontal system will bring 10 to 20 cm of snow to southern sections of the Fraser Canyon through tonight. The snow will begin by noon and then become heavy at times by late afternoon. Lesser snowfall amounts of 5 to 10 cm are expected for Lytton and Lillooet. The snow will end late overnight as the frontal system moves out of the area.

Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. 

Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
