SLRD Statement - Cancellation of 2017 Pemberton Music Festival
"The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District was surprised and disappointed to learn that the Pemberton Music Festival Limited Partnership had filed for bankruptcy and that the Festival will not proceed as scheduled this summer.
Slow Food Cycle will proceed on August 21 with partial road closure, 10am - 2pm, on Pemberton Meadows Road
This year, in the interest of participant safety, Pemberton Meadows Road will be closed to vehicle traffic from 10am - 2pm on Sunday August 21 for the Slow Food Cycle Sunday event. The road will remain open for slow moving farm vehicles.
The road will be closed from Taylor Road to Camel's Back Farm, just past the Hurley turn-off.
