The metal recycling bin will be temporarily available for residents at the Devine Transfer Station. Be part of the community Clean Up, bring your metal items for free recycling!

Please DO NOT CONTAMINATE the metal bin with non-metal items as this will lead to increased recycling costs for everyone and will affect future initiatives like this. List of accepted items below.

Love This Place, Reduce Your Waste in Devine, BC

Discover the Devine Waste Transfer Station in the below video to see that it's more than just a place to unload garbage destined for the Landfill. Residents and visitors have access to re-use and recycling programs to help them reduce their waste.

Accepted Recyclable Materials*:

  • Only CLEAN and DRY reyclables will be accepted. Dirty and wet recyclable materials contaminate streams and result in materials not being accepted for recycling programs.

Local residents can bring recyclable items and household garbage to the Devine Transfer Station.

No commercial waste or loads larger than a level pick-up truck box allowed.

* Not all types of these materials are accepted, but many are accepted at the Pemberton Waste & Recycling Centre. Additional information on what you can bring to the Devine Transfer Station is available in the Devine Transfer Station - Guide to Recycling.

There is a free store on site where you can bring or pick up gently used items.
