Regular Squamish-Lillooet Regional District Board meetings are held on the fourth Wednesday of each month starting at 10:30 a.m. and with a continuation of the Board meeting (and/or Committee of the Whole) meeting on the following Thursday starting at 9:00 a.m., except:
- August, during which month no Board and Committee of the Whole meeting be held.
- December, during which month the regular Board meeting is to be held on the second Wednesday of the month at 10:30 a.m.
The meeting agendas are posted below at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The meetings will be conducted by means of electronic or other communications facilities at the Meeting Location.
Except for any part of the meeting that is closed to the public, the electronic or other communications facilities will enable the public:
- to hear, or watch and hear, the meeting; and
- to hear, or watch and hear, the meeting at the Meeting Location.
