The 4th Thursday of each month is reserved for Committee of the Whole meetings and for extensions of Regular Board meetings from the previous day, should it be required. Please note that the December Committee of the Whole meeting will take place on Thursday, December 17, 2015. All members of the public are welcome to attend, unless otherwise noted.
