Select only one (1) of the five (5) available options for receiving your mail ballot package:

For Options 1, 2, and 3, mail ballot packages will be available at the SLRD Office, 1350 Aster Street, Pemberton, BC, during regular business hours (8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed daily from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.) between September 29 and October 15, 2026.

If you select either the “by mail” or “by pre-paid courier (organized by and at the expense of the applicant)" option, the SLRD is not responsible for delivery times nor for delays or stoppages due to postal strikes or other events.

Note: The authorized person is required to swear a solemn declaration and show two (2) pieces of identification before your mail ballot package will be released to them.

Applicant confirmation

By marking the applicant confirmation box below, you confirm that you are:

  • 18 years of age as of October 17, 2026; 
  • a Canadian citizen; 
  • a resident of British Columbia for at least six (6) months immediately before the day of registration; either:
    • a resident of Electoral Area A; or
    • a non-resident owner of real property in Electoral Area A for at least 30 days immediately before the day of voter registration;
  • not disqualified under the Local Government Act or any other enactment from voting in an election or be otherwise disqualified by law.

By marking the applicant declaration box below, you declare that the information provided in this application is true and complete and that you are entittled to register as an elector in SLRD Electoral Area A.
