The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District contributes funding to support the operation of the Lillooet R.E.C. (Recreation, Education and Cultural) Centre, which is located at the centre of Lillooet on Main St. The R.E.C. Centre provides programs for residents and visitors to Lillooet throughout the year, and includes a number of amenities within the Centre.

The amenities at the R.E.C. Centre include:

• 25m Six Lane Swimming Pool with Hot Tub & Sauna
• NHL regulation-size Ice Arena
• Gymnasium
• Squash Court
• Bouldering Gym
• Commercial Kitchen
• Meeting Rooms
• Catering and Vending Services
• Fitness and Weight Room
• Library
• Day Care Centre
• Sports Field and Playground
