Candidates for the 2026 General Local Election will be listed on this page, in alphabetical order, after they have filed their nomination papers with the SLRD Chief Election Officer.
Completed nomination documents must be received by the SLRD Chief Election Officer (or designate) between 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday September 1, 2026 and 4:00 p.m. on Friday September 11, 2026.
The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District is making this information available in accordance with Section 89 of the Local Government Act:
Section 89(9) of the Local Government Act states that "A person who inspects or otherwise accesses nomination documents under this section must not use the information included in them except for the purposes of this Act or purposes authorized by Section 63 [restrictions on use of personal information] of the Local Elections Campaign Financing Act."
