Electoral Area C
Overview
The SLRD is in the process of updating the Electoral Area C Zoning Bylaw No. 765, 2002. The minor amendments will include:
- Revising the definition of bed and breakfast
- Adding provisions for emergency shelter use in most zones
- Updating numbering in the bylaw
- Revising the existing Ponderosa Estates zone so that it better reflects the original Land Use Contract
Current Status
As per Board direction, staff are proceeding with the public hearing waiver and referrals process.
