A Regular Meeting of the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) Committee of the Whole will be held on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 9:00 AM in the SLRD Administration Building, 1350 Aster Street, Pemberton, BC (the “Specified Place”).
The meeting agenda will be posted on the SLRD website at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The meeting will be conducted by means of electronic or other communications facilities at the Specified Place. Except for any part of the meeting that is closed to the public, the electronic or other communications facilities will enable:
• the meeting participants to hear, or watch and hear, each other; and
• the public to hear, or watch and hear, the meeting at the Specified Place.
This meeting will be webcast and recorded for on demand viewing in accordance with Electronic Meeting Policy No. 53-2026 and will be available on the SLRD website.
The SLRD’s Communicable Disease Prevention Plan Policy is in effect at the SLRD Administration Office, including in the Boardroom where Board meetings are held.
