Notification of low flying helicopter - July 28 - August 28, 2025

The SLRD has been notified that Talon Helicopters with Aethon Aerial Solutions is planning to perform low-level flyovers for BC Hydro between July 28 and August 28, 2025, during daylight hours, as authorized by Transport Canada.

The flight time over areas will be minimal.  There will be no activity on the ground related to flights. The flight schedule may vary depending on weather conditions and wildfire activity.

A map of the relevant work zones is attached for your reference. The areas to be inspected include: Village of Pemberton.
