Watering restrictions in effect as of June 1

Britannia Beach, Furry Creek, Pinecrest, Devine, D’Arcy, Bralorne and Gold Bridge water system users, please limit your use of water for sprinkling and irrigation to the following times:

• 7 a.m. to 9 a.m.
• 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Pemberton North Water System users are currently on Level 2 watering restrictions.
Watering Schedule:

• Even-Numbered Addresses: Water on Thursdays and Sundays
• Odd-Numbered Addresses: Water on Wednesdays and Saturdays

Watering Times:

• Sprinklers: 4:00 AM - 9:00 AM or 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• In-Ground Irrigation Systems: 10:00 PM - 4:00 AM
• Exceptions: Hand watering, drip irrigation, and watering vegetable gardens are permitted without time restrictions.

The SLRD requires all residents of local Water Systems to exercise good water conservation practices. Water Restrictions are an effective way of ensuring everyone has enough treated drinking water during dry summer months. With population growth and climate change, there is increasing pressure on our water supplies.
