ALR Applications – SLRD to Correspond Directly with Applicant

All future referrals from the ALC will be returned with reference to the existing zoning and a specific requirement that this information be conveyed to the applicant by the ALC, and further, that the SLRD also communicate with the applicant directly, pointing out that approval by the ALC does not constitute zoning change approval.
