Remembrance Day in the SLRD – November 11, 2026

On November 11, we pause to remember and honour the Canadians who served and sacrificed in times of war, conflict and peace.

The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) joins communities across Canada in recognizing the courage, service and sacrifice of our veterans and those who continue to serve.

Residents are encouraged to attend a local Remembrance Day ceremony or observe a moment of silence at 11 a.m.

Lest we forget.
