Current details:
Series of Pacific storms will bring periods of heavy rain for the next several days.

A series of moist Pacific storms will continue to impact the South Coast for the next several days. The next storm is poised to reach the coast by early Saturday morning. Each storm will bring strong winds and heavy rain with daily rainfall amounts of 40 to 80 mm. Heavier amounts are likely for the west side of Vancouver Island. The public is advised to monitor future forecasts and warnings.
