This report describes the debris flow event that occurred on Cataline Creek, also known as Catalina Creek, on August 30, 2013. It also includes an operational safety plan for the clean-up of the In-SHUCK-ch Forest Service Road, and provides a summary of residual risk and possible long term remediation required.
