November 8 is Indigenous Veterans Day, a time to honour and recognize the contributions and sacrifices of First Nations, Inuit and Métis Veterans who have served Canada in times of war, conflict and peace.
On this day, the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) acknowledges the service, courage and contributions of Indigenous Veterans, past and present.
