Pursuant to Section 95 (1) of the BC Emergency and Disaster Management Act, an EVACUATION ORDER issued by the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District due to immediate danger to public safety caused by the Pear Lake Wildfire has been expanded to include additional areas southeast of Pear Lake. Members of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and other applicable agencies will be expediting this action.
