Vega Enterprises Development has submitted an application to rezone a property in Britannia Beach in March, 2013.  The original proposal was for 12 units of multi-family townhomes on the subject property:  PID 026-826-186, Lot 184, District Lot 4015, Plan BCP25662, Group 1, NWD.   The application has since been revised and the subject rezoning bylaw now proposes 3 units of multi-family townhomes, totaling 850 m2.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 29th at 7 PM at the Britannia Beach Community Centre, in Britannia Beach, BC. 

A copy of the proposed bylaw and relevant background documents may be inspected at the Regional District Office, 1350 Aster Street, Pemberton, B.C., during office hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., from Monday, March 14th through Tuesday, March 29th not including weekends and statutory holidays.  The public hearing is to be chaired by Electoral Area D Director Tony Rainbow as a delegate of the SLRD Regional Board. 

All persons who believe that their interest in the property is affected by the proposed bylaw shall be afforded a reasonable opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions respecting matters contained in the bylaw at the public hearing.  Persons unable to attend the hearing are invited to forward written submissions to the SLRD office in advance of the public hearing date.
