Electoral Area B
Overview
The SLRD is in the process of updating the Electoral Area B Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1073, 2008. The new bylaw is a graphic modernization and reorganization of the document. Some content updates are also underway to ensure that all OCP content is current as of 2025.
Current Status
The amendment bylaw was introduced at the SLRD Board meeting of June 25, 2025. The Board asked staff to make revisions to the bylaw prior to consideration of first reading and referrals in July 2025. At the July Board meeting, the bylaw was given first reading and is being sent out for referral comments.
