Electoral Area D
Overview
The SLRD is in the process of amending the Electoral Area D Zoning Bylaw No. 1135-2013. The minor amendment includes:
correcting the boundary between a residential area, zoned R1, and a tourist commercial area, zoned C1, shown on Schedule B6 of the CD 2 Zone
Current Status
First and Second Readings occurred on June 22, 2023.
As the proposed mapping amendment is consistent with the Area D Official Community Plan, the SLRD has waived the holding of a public hearing.
Third reading of this bylaw will be considered at the July 24, 2026 Board Meeting.
