Squamish-Lillooet Regional District to Seek Elector Approval for Financing New Office Space

The Squamish-Lillooet Regional District is currently undertaking its due diligence requirements regarding its proposed purchase of new office space. As such, the SLRD is not yet in a position to undertake the Alternative Approval Process (AAP). More information will be made available as the process continues.

At its October 27, 2014 regular meeting, the Squamish-Lillooet Regional District (SLRD) Board of Directors gave three readings to a loan authorisation bylaw which would enable the Regional District to borrow up to $3,300,000 for new office space.  Information can be found in the News Release.
