Environment Canada issues Rainfall warning for Howe Sound

Rain, heavy at times, is expected. 50 mm of rainfall can be expected over the North Shore and Howe Sound by Wednesday morning as a frontal system and associated low centre track across the south coast today and tonight.

Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads. Localized flooding in low-lying areas is possible. Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by Environment Canada. To report severe weather, email pacificstorm@ec.gc.ca or tweet reports to #BCStorm.
