Tiger Bay (formerly Taicheng)

Tiger Bay Developments Ltd. submitted a revised rezoning application in July 2019 for an 87.6 ha. (216.5 acre) portion of its site in South Britannia in order to accommodate a comprehensive mixed use development.  The Zoning and Official Community Plan amendment bylaws were adopted by the Board on May 28, 2025.

Current Status

The Board adopted the amendment bylaws at the May 28, 2025 SLRD Board meeting.
