The purpose of the Policy is to provide the Board with principles and guidelines to assist in planning and decision-making regarding the capital funding of Non-Traditional Projects (NTPs) within the service area of the Sea to Sky Regional Hospital District, and to clarify for community agencies the process and requirements for NTP funding eligibility.
