Vernacular Design submitted a rezoning application for several properties in Britannia Beach with the intent to consolidate three lots in order to construct a 26 unit ground oriented strata development. The three subject properties are: PID 026-826-402, Lot 198, District Lot 891, Plan BCP25662, Group 1 NWD; PID 026-826-178, Lot 182, District Lot 891, Plan BCP25662, Group 1, NWD ; and PID 026-826-143, Lot 183, District Lot 891, Plan BCP25662, Group 1, NWD.
